Taylor Swift has 60 million followers on social media app Instagram.
The pop-star announced Thursday that she had reached the milestone, in a Christmas Eve post thanking fans.
“Well would you look at that,” Swift said in the post. “Thanks for the 60 million followers situation guys! Merry Christmas indeed.”
Swift, 25, surpassed Kim Kardashian West in September to become the most followed person on Instagram (Kardashian West trails behind with 55.4 million followers). The “Bad Blood” singer is nominated for seven Grammy awards.
