In an unprecedented move, the streaming service has posted the show’s pilot on YouTube, making it available to watch for free for those who don’t have a Netflix subscription. It will be up to you to decide if the first episode of the 10-part series is good enough to sign up for your own account. With all of the recent hype surrounding Sarah Koenig’s [_Serial_](http://time.com/4144493/serial-new-season-bowe-bergdahl/ "undefined")and HBO’s [_The Jinx_](http://time.com/3745405/robert-durst-jinx-hbo-susan-berman-cody-cazalas-dodge-docuseries/ "undefined"), it’s clear that true-crime series are of great interest right now.
