Instagram has revealed the most geo-tagged U.S. restaurants of 2015\. These eateries are mostly in California and New York City, and donut shops seem to be especially popular destinations (cue Homer Simpson saying [“mmmm, donuts…”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-4P1WPE-Qg)). Readers devouring this ranking will recognize tourist attractions Katz’s Delicatessen in Lower Manhattan and Café Du Monde in New Orleans, which is known for its beignets.

[00:00] Americans eat almost 23 sticks of butter each year.
[00:04] But while few health experts will encourage you to eat
[00:06] more of it, 2. 5 out of 5 experts say yes to butter.
[00:11] [ MUSIC ] There
[00:15] was a time when butter would've been a clear cut no.
[00:18] After all, it's a block of fat made with churned milk,
[00:21] and sometimes with added salt. Just one tablespoon of
[00:25] salted butter has 36 % of your daily limit for saturated
[00:29] fat. But recent research suggests that saturated fat
[00:33] might not be as bad as previously thought, says Nina
[00:36] Teicholz. Although it increases levels of LDL
[00:39] cholesterol, which is associated with higher rates of
[00:42] heart disease, Saturated fat, also seems to increase
[00:45] HDL cholesterol, which might help ease some of those
[00:48] effects. It's safe in moderation, and it's a natural
[00:51] source of added fat, agrees Julia Zumpano. She adds,
[00:55] that's it's a much better choice, than buttery spreads,
[00:57] that contain hydrogenated oils. But David Katz, opts
[01:01] for olive oil instead, which is high in monounsaturated
[01:04] fats, and is proven to improve health. Even if saturated
[01:08] fat is, at best, not harmful, that doesn't mean it's
[01:11] beneficial, he says. On a healthy food spectrum,
[01:15] ranging from blueberries to Coke, Walter Willett says
[01:18] he would put butter somewhere in the middle, maybe
[01:21] a little closer t o the Coke. And Dariush Mozaffarian
[01:23] gave a neutral thumb, saying there's no evidence it's
[01:27] good for you, but little evidence for major harm. So,
[01:31] what does all this mean for your eating habits? Walter
[01:34] Willis suggests saving the butter for a special occasion,
[01:37] when the flavor is essential. For me, he says, that's
[01:40] several times a year with lobster. [ MUSIC ]
