Just about 12 hours after breaking *NSYNC’s single-week album sales record — which 25 basically manhandled in a fraction of the time — Adele stopped by Today in New York City for the show’s latest Citi Concert Series to perform the collection’s especially jazzy, “Million Years Ago.”
In the past week Adele has performed on Saturday Night Live, the BBC, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and it’s become obvious that the past few years have been worth the wait for her new album. During her Fallon appearance, Adele discussed how important it was for 25 to be considered as a whole, rather than as a collection of singles. As such, she’s varied her television performances, hitting “Hello” and “When We Were Young” on SNL, “Water Under the Bridge” on Today, and now “Million Years Ago.”
