Nitica Deonte Lee was charged Tuesday with first-degree involuntary manslaughter in St. Louis County, Mo., after prosecutors said she injected 22-year-old Daysha Phillips’ butt with a silicone substance in July. Phillips was taken to the hospital when she reported having trouble breathing and died four days after the procedure. [The Associated Press reports](http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US%5FBUTTOCKS%5FINJECTION%5FWOMAN%5FDIES?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT "undefined") that she died of a silicone pulmonary embolism “which generally is a block clot that makes its way to the lungs and blocks a blood vessel.” Lee’s bond was set at $200,000\. She could face up to seven years in prison if convicted.
