The _Legends of Tomorrow_ are here… today!

The CW has released a first look video of the _Arrow_–_The Flash_ crossover, which will introduce many of the characters we’ll come to know, love and loathe over on the midseason crossover _DC’s Legends of Tomorrow_.

Among those making brief appearances in the promo are immortal villain Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) and Hawkman, a.k.a Carter Hall (Falk Hentschel), who looks a little tied up by our own heroes.

According to the loglines, in “Legends of Today,” the first hour of the two-night event, Vandal arrives in Central City to attack Kendra (Ciara Renée), so Cisco (Carlos Valdes) enlists Barry (Grant Gustin) to protect her by taking her to Star City. But Carter has other plans for his long-lost love. Hour two, “Legends of Yesterday,” finds Barry and Oliver (Stephen Amell) hiding Kendra and Carter Hall from Vandal while they search for a way to defeat him. Malcolm (John Barrowman) then arranges a meeting between Vandal, the Green Arrow and The Flash that will definitely not go as planned.

_Legends_ also stars Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/The Atom), Caity Lotz (Sara Lance/White Canary), Wentworth Miller (Leonard Snart/Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Mick Rory, Heat Wave), Victor Garber (Martin Stein/Firestorm), and Franz Drameh (Jay Jackson/Firestorm), whose disparate heroes and villains are brought together by Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) to defeat Savage.

_The Flash_–_Arrow_ event kicks off Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. ET, and continues Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
