Ronda Rousey, champion UFC fighter and noted badass, has officially shared her pick for the next president of the United States in an interview with Maxim.
“I’m voting for Bernie Sanders, because he doesn’t take any corporate money,” Rousey said. “I don’t think politicians should be allowed to take money for their campaigns from outside interests.”
If Sanders loses in the primary, Rousey’s plan will probably be to vote for a third party. That’s what she did in 2012, when she was against both candidates. “I just picked any third party because I thought if more people voted for third parties then they’d have to take third parties seriously.”
Last year, Donald Trump had implied that Rousey liked him as a candidate, but she eventually shut that down.
