We all get confused sometimes, but a young cow named Goliath doesn’t even seem to know what kind of animal he is.
The eight-week-old calf was recently rescued from a dairy farm where he was going to be slaughtered, according to his new owner, 17-year-old Shaylee Hubbs. The California teen has apparently showered him with so much care and affection that the cow now seems to think he’s a dog, ABC News reports. The bovine pet is apparently eating kibble, relaxing in doggie beds and on the couch, and enjoying a good scratch underneath the chin. He’s even tried “nursing” from a great dane he’s made friends with and seems to think is his mom.
