A Houston man has been arrested for stabbing another man for taking the last piece of chicken at dinner.

Darwin Perez Gonzalez, 34, was stabbed and killed in a fight that started when he took the last piece of chicken at a dinner with friends, according to KHOU News, a Texas CBS affiliate. Reinaldo Cardoso Rivera, 38, reportedly became angry that there was no more chicken, and the disagreement escalated into a fistfight in the parking lot. Rivera allegedly stabbed Gonzalez and fled, then returned to the scene and told the police what happened.

Rivera is in police custody and has been charged with murder, according to ABC news. It not apparent yet whether he has a lawyer.
