Ronda Rousey Helps Vin Diesel Turn His Daughter Into a ‘Beast’

If you’re going to get your daughter a judo instructor, you could do a lot worse than “the world’s most dominant athlete.”

In an interview with WENN, Vin Diesel revealed that when it comes to his daughter Hania Riley, he spared no expense in finding her a self-defense teacher.

“Because of her ‘Auntie’ Ronda Rousey, [Hania] is now an orange belt with stripes in judo,” Diesel said.

Diesel explained that Hania’s achievements were an extension of his paternal instincts. As she gets older, he said, he’s begun to think about what it’ll be like when Hania starts dating. “I made a decision early on that I was going to do everything in my power to empower her to handle it herself,” he said.

“I’m creating a beast, and I want her to be able to say no means no,” he added.

But any prospective suitors down the line won’t just have to worry about Hania’s qualifications. “I feel sorry for anyone that has to [date her],” Diesel said early in the interview. “I wouldn’t want that on my worst enemy, because I’m that kind of dad.”

So picture this: Some day in the future, an unassuming kid shows up to take a girl out on a date, knowing that A) her dad, Vin Diesel, will be there to size him up, and B) her judo coach was Ronda Rousey.

Nah, we wouldn’t wish that on anyone, either.
