Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom have reportedly stalled their impending divorce, according to a court document.
PEOPLE reports that the reality star’s attorney withdrew an earlier divorce filing in Los Angeles court on Wednesday.
Kardashian and the former NBA player were married in 2009 on national TV. Kardashian filed for divorce in 2013 but was by Odom’s bedside this month after he was found in extremely critical condition at a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13.
Though the two had both signed divorce papers in July, the judgment had not been entered into court, and the two are still legally married, giving Kardashian authority on his medical decisions, PEOPLE reports.
The star took to her website Tuesday to thank fans for their wishes, writing that “you can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, It would have been difficult to endure.”
