While Pope Francis was addressing Congress in Washington, D.C., Madame Tussauds New York pranked people in Times Square by driving around a new wax version of the pontiff in a “Pope Mobile.” Passersby stopped to take selfies with the figure, which was four months in the making. A spokesperson for the museum told The New York Daily News that the NYPD did call to ask what was going on, but said authorities were “totally fine with it.”
