The catch: It’s just for one day. On Oct. 9, Bains, who has two Michelin stars at Restaurant Sat Bains, will create 500 orders of a special burger for the restaurant chain, according to Bloomberg. Dubbed the Major Oak, the burger will be served at Shake Shack’s restaurant in London’s Covent Garden. Bains created the burger with help from Mark Rosati, the New York’s chain’s culinary director. The food item will cost 7.25 U.K. pounds, or $11.33.
