The record keepers announced the group’s six honors on Monday, awarded for everything from their ability to sell albums to attracting Twitter followers. Here’s a [list of the accomplishments](http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/news/2015/8/one-direction-down-to-four-members-but-boy-band-score-six-world-records-in-our) that landed One Direction a place in history: **First group to debut at No. 1 with their first four albums in the U.S.:** _Up All Night, Take Me Home, Midnight Memories, Four_ **First U.K. group to debut at No. 1 in U.S. with debut album** (same as above) **Highest debut by U.K. group on U.S. singles chart** at No. 3 with “Live While We’re Young” **Most popular dance game track** for their “What Makes You Beautiful” routine on Just Dance 4, which garnered 36,817,975 views **Most followers on Twitter for a music group:** 23,393,106 **Most subscribers for a band on YouTube:** 36,817,975 views In 2015, 1D earned a spot in the Guinness World Records book for becoming the [first act to debut at No. 1](http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/news/2014/9/one-direction-find-place-in-guinness-world-records-2015-book-with-historic-first-three-albums-60015/) with their first three albums.
