Burglary investigations in the Harlow area resulted in three arrests, but a woman suspected of stealing the pug was released without charge because “there was insufficient evidence to proceed,” according to a statement by the [Essex Police statement](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NX1WoJYmvhA "undefined").
