The sandwich now defies burger math and includes [4.25 ounces of beef](http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/product%5Fnutrition.burgerssandwiches.7.quarter-pounder-with-cheese.html "undefined"), slightly more than its former size of 4 ounces before cooking. No word on how much the beef shrinks after hitting the grill, but the former 4-ounce patty cooked down to 2.8 ounces after heating.
