Hillary Clinton obeyed this rule on Thursday night at her [fundraiser](http://time.com/3988289/kim-kardashian-hillary-clinton-gop-debate/) in Los Angeles that was attended by the likes of Kris Jenner, John Travolta, Tom Hanks and others.
