COCONUT FLOUR

This high-fiber wheat alternative adds a light flavor kick to baked goods.

BAMBOO WATER

Standard H[subscript 2]O mixed with bamboo extract is expected to hit U.S. markets later this summer. Although research is slim, it’s thought to have antioxidant and antimicrobial effects.
