While his Game of Thrones co-stars were busy filming Season Five of the HBO Show, the actor who plays the lovable and dopey giant Hodor, Kristian Nairn, was busy getting back to his longstanding DJ career.
On Wednesday, Nairn released the follow-up, “Beacon,” to his first original studio track, “Up (Club Mix),” featuring Leanne Robinson, which dropped last month.
His Game of Thrones fame has only helped his music. Most recently, he completed a well-reviewed North American and European cosplay-heavy dance tour appropriately titled Rave of Thrones.
Nairn is not new to music. The actor is a mainstay in Ireland’s EDM scene and his credentials include being a resident at Irish dance club Kremlin, and performances with the likes of the Scissor Sisters and Calvin Harris, Mic reports.
