In the latest clip from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert‘s YouTube channel, Stephen Colbert describes Pluto as “a malted milk ball left in the rain 4.7 billion miles from the sun” based on photos that NASA New Horizons spacecraft took during its flyby this week.
He interviews Neil deGrasse Tyson, who says he is not as impressed by the news because the recent space mission proves Pluto is not as big as we thought — to which Colbert calls him “Neil Blasé Tyson.” The comedian also refers to Pluto’s moon Charon as a “girlfriend,” and then offers deGrasse Tyson some Tang and a Klondike bar.
