The photos were shot by Tim Palen, chief brand officer and president of worldwide marketing at Lionsgate, and published in _Tim Palen: Photographs From_ The _Hunger Games_ available to order at [Assouline](http://www.assouline.com/shop/books/new-releases/photographs-from-the-hunger-games.html) on June 29 or to buy on July 29\.
