Just purrfect: Calvin Harris is cat-sitting for girlfriend Taylor Swift while she’s away for her 1989 World Tour.
The DJ posted a cute 10-second video of the singer’s cat Meredith Grey lapping water in slow motion on Instagram. In it, Meredith quenches her thirst from a running water faucet, avoiding spills and keeping her coat nice and clean. There’s no sight of T-Swift’s other cat, Olivia Benson, though – maybe she’s still a little shy around Harris?
The 31-year-old has been full of sweet gestures lately. On Monday, he praised the 25-year-old “Bad Blood” singer after she penned a lengthy essay explaining why she was planning to hold back her 1989 album from Apple Music’s new streaming service, Apple Music, because its free trial period causes artists to lose three months of compensation.
The tech hub responded via Twitter saying it would pay artists for streaming, even during a customer’s free trial period.
Harris also chimed in: “I just played a gig inside a giant owl and my girl just changed the entire music industry what a day.”
