Someone Made 3 Houses for Piglets Still Missing After a Truck Overturned on an Ohio Highway

1 minute read

A week after a truck carrying 2,200 piglets overturned on an Ohio highway, the Dayton Daily News reports that an anonymous prankster has set up three houses made out of hay, bricks, and sticks — straight out of the children’s story about the “Three Little Pigs” — as a refuge for any piglets still loose after the crash that killed about half of the animals on board, according to authorities. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office has also said that the people in the vehicle only suffered minor injuries.

The Associated Press joked that, as of late afternoon Monday, “no big bad wolves had huffed and puffed enough to blow down any houses.”
