Time to break out in a chicken dance: Arrested Development will return to Netflix with new episodes in mid-2016, according to producer Brian Grazer.
“Netflix is determined to do more episodes, so we’re going to do more episodes,” Grazer said on the Adam Corolla Show podcast Tuesday. He added that production for the fifth season will begin on Jan. 1 with new episodes premiering “four months after that.”
The family comedy originally ran for three seasons on Fox from 2003 until 2006. Netflix revived Arrested in 2013, thought that season took on a slightly different structure than previous seasons because of the cast’s conflicting schedules. Grazer did not say how the fifth season would be put together.
