Put some Tom Jones on and run into a wall: Alfonso Ribeiro—a.k.a. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air‘s Carlton Banks—will host America’s Funniest Home Videos, assuming that title from longtime host Tom Bergeron.
Ribeiro’s new gig was announced on Dancing with the Stars, the competition that he won last year. “You have given me so much love and support in doing this and I couldn’t be more proud to take over for you,” Ribeiro told his predecessor Bergeron, who also happens to host DWTS.
