This year’s Critics’ Choice Television Awards nominations have HBO leading the networks with a whopping 27 nods, followed by last year’s frontrunner, FX, with 16 nominations. The CW also makes its debut as a multi-nominee, thanks to _Jane the Virgin_. As for series, _Justified_ and _Olive Kitteridge_ have the most nominations, with five apiece.

Held by the Broadcast Television Journalists Association, the fifth annual awards will be broadcast live on A&E from the Beverly Hilton Hotel on May 31 at 8 p.m. ET.
