News of the under-the-radar film leaked online on Wednesday, _Entertainment Weekly_ reports, prompting the two comics to abandon the project. Ferrell said in a statement to _EW_ that he was “deeply disappointed” at the leak. “Kristen and I have decided it is in the best interest for everyone to forego the project entirely, and we thank Lifetime and all the people who were ready to help us make this film,” he said.
