Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been indicted by a grand jury for the murder of the MIT officer shot three days after the Boston Marathon bombing, officials announced Thursday.
The Middlesex County, Massachusetts, district attorney’s office said it intends to prosecute Tsarnaev for the murder of Sean Collier at the conclusion of his ongoing federal trial.
