A new music video dubbed “I Want You Back/Bach” shows The Piano Guys performing a mashup of Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” and several pieces composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, including: Brandenburg Concertos No. 3 & 5, Two Part Invention No. 8, Minuet in G, Bourrée and Gavotte from the French Suite No. 5.
The clip—produced by group members Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson, Al van der Beek and Paul Anderson—features instruments provided by Utah’s Hale Centre Theatre, such as a harpsichord, a hybrid grand piano, a custom 5-stringed electric cello with a sidecar kick drum and a circa-1700-replica Baroque cello.
Watch them party like they are traveling through time between the 1770s and 1970s.
