She was four weeks old Sunday. So that doesn't, I'm really suck at dates, so. She's four weeks old, she was born a month late, so she was three pounds which is ginormous. Their usually a pound, pound and a half, females. Did great though. And she's just been growing like a weed, so she's, kind of, ahead, she runs really well, because she was late. Her teeth, all her front teeth and her little fangs are in now. She'll be going on meat quicker than usual. She's a really quiet, well- behaved lion cub, really well behaved. She sleeps all night. Woo hoo. No night feedings. We only did night feedings for, like, a week and a half. So that was really nice. Oh. Her name is Tiwana, which means little lion. We put Lily and Tundra together. So this is actually Lily and Tundra's baby. It's funny. She reminds me a lot of her mother. It's people say, how can you know that? I've raised a lot of cubs, but she does, she has a lot of her mother's qualities. I actually do the suckling with the finger a lot because she doesn't get that where she would on her mom. Well, when they're nursing on there mother, once the milk gone they still suckle instead of, it's. Part of the whole process of bonding and contentment. It's like a pacifier, so I try to do it.
