Lady Gaga’s shockingly unshocking performance at the Oscars may redefine her career, but the “Born This Way” singer is going to get weird again — and she’ll be doing it on TV.
The pop star will take on her biggest acting role yet in the fifth season of Ryan Murphy’s FX anthology series American Horror Story, set to premiere in October, Variety reports. Gaga also announced on Twitter the theme for the upcoming season: American Horror Story: Hotel.
Murphy previously said he left clues about the fifth season’s storyline in the fourth season, American Horror Story: Freak Show, whose premiere was the most-watched FX telecast in the network’s history.
