This proves that [Instragram’s adoption of the video loop](http://techcrunch.com/2015/02/03/a-leaf-from-the-vine/) might not be a bad thing. This video first appeared on _The Daily Show_ in October 2001 as a [“Moment of Zen”](http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/jon-stewart-steve-carell-colbert-dance-shirtless-in-throwback-video-201562) segment.
