Not much is yet known about Daddy’s Girl, a movie starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg that is currently filming. But after Wednesday night, we can probably assume that Will Ferrell’s character is not very good at basketball.
Ferrell and Wahlberg made an appearance at Wednesday night’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans in part to shoot a scene for the movie. The scene evidently involves a half-court shot that goes terribly wrong.
Ferrell and Wahlberg also met with Lakers guard Nick Young on court. It’s probably safe to assume that Swaggy P isn’t actually in the movie, but we can’t say for sure.
