Rather than displaying an array of Michelin-starred establishments, the list is made up of food carts, delis and feel good BBQ spots that rarely exceed the “$$” price range. This could be because rankings were determined based on consumer reviews. (And who doesn’t like getting more bang for your buck?) Here’s a sampling of the top 10: 1\.
