She says he sent her photos documenting the entire process, and that when she returned home, he threatened to do the same to her. Diatchenko, who has appeared in episodes of _Bones_, _How I Met Your Mother_ and _Sons of Anarchy_, says it was all a hoax, and that in actuality he released the pet and purchased rabbit meat to trick his ex-girlfriend. He has been charged with cruelty to an animal and criminal threats.
