Actor Dimitri Diatchenko has been accused by his ex-girlfriend of killing, skinning and eating her pet rabbit after she asked him to move out of the home they had continued to share “for some time” after breaking up. She says he sent her photos documenting the entire process, and that when she returned home, he threatened to do the same to her.
Diatchenko, who has appeared in episodes of Bones, How I Met Your Mother and Sons of Anarchy, says it was all a hoax, and that in actuality he released the pet and purchased rabbit meat to trick his ex-girlfriend. He has been charged with cruelty to an animal and criminal threats.
