BBC released this look at Cumberbatch—[looking a bit like a penguin](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GHPNKUMf70 "undefined")—and co-star Martin Freeman all dressed up. The special starts production in January and is expected to air in the U.K. sometime next year.
