Former Tonight Show host Jay Leno is expected to return to the evening talk-show on Friday, according to a new report, but this time as a guest of his successor Jimmy Fallon.
The appearance will mark his first on the opposite side of the hosting desk in more than two decades, the Associated Press reports. He’s due to be joined by fellow guests Lucy Liu and Kevin Delaney.
Leno left the show in February after nearly 22 years in the host’s chair, handing the reins over to Fallon, who at the time hosted Late Night.
