The film, set to be directed by Ron Clements and John Musker — who also directed _Aladdin_ and_The Little Mermaid_ _—_ will follow Moana, who sets out on an “impossible mission to fulfill her ancestors’ quest,” according to [Disney’s blog](http://blogs.disney.com/oh-my-disney/2014/10/20/walt-disney-animation-studios-announces-2016-film-moana/ "undefined"). She’s apparently very good with boats.
