She posted an Instragram of herself on Friday from five years ago, with the caption: “ughhh I am 20 lbs lighter here! This was just 5 years ago! Ok I’m going back on my grind. I gotta get back here!” It’s not the first time Kim has expressed dissatisfaction with her body after her pregnancy.
