Actress Sarah Jessica Parker is set to return to television, playing a reporter in a new show Busted.
The Sex and the City star will be a part of Sydney Kimmel Entertainment’s first television series, Variety reports. The show will be based on the nonfiction book Busted: A Tale of Corruption and Betrayal in the City of Brotherly Love. Parker will help tell the story of reporters Wendy Ruderman and Barbara Laker, who try to break open a police scandal in Philadelphia.
The show will be aired in hour-long episodes.
