Reuters [reports](http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/03/17/us-twitter-china-idUSBREA2G02K20140317?feedType=RSS&feedName=topNews&utm%5Fsource=dlvr.it&utm%5Fmedium=twitter&dlvrit=992637 "undefined") that Costolo will meet with students, professors and local officials in Shanghai, including representatives of the city’s free trade zone.
