In order to get in shape for the reprisal of her role as Nancy Callahan in Sin City sequel A Dame To Kill For, Jessica Alba enlisted the help of a dance instructor with some pretty intense workouts.
Jennifer “JJ” Johnson, who also choreographed the dance sequences in the movie, would get together with Alba for sessions that ran 2-5 hours at a time and, according to the instructor, included “crawling, arching, humping … winding, grinding and moving.”
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is set for release on August, 2014.
