[According to ](http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/molly-ringwald-joins-jem-holograms-705955 "undefined")[_Hollywood Reporter_](http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/molly-ringwald-joins-jem-holograms-705955 "undefined")_,_ Molly Ringwald has been cast in the film adaptation of the cartoon classic _Jem and the Holograms_—meaning that all of your 80’s dreams have been realized. _Deadline_ reports that Julette Lewis also got signed on in a [“mystery role.”](http://www.deadline.com/2014/05/jem-and-the-holograms-movie-juliette-lewis "undefined") While Ringwald certainly could have secured her spot as lead during her Brat Pack heyday, the role of Jem is going to _Nashville’s_ Aubrey Peeples, who wasn’t even _alive_ in the 80’s. The movie is already shooting in Los Angeles and will be directed by Jon M.
