Currently popular maps include NASA imagery of the [Earth at Night](http://maps.google.com/gallery/details?id=z4f-ZuCLmiKg.kMYhqyflNjJQ&hl=en "undefined"), a map of [housing affordability in the United States](http://maps.google.com/gallery/details?id=zqxWzWsW4BjE.kyx5iSd893tY&hl=en "undefined"), and a map from _National Geographic_ detailing the [key battles and locales of the Civil War](http://maps.google.com/gallery/details?id=zOOP-1XDYZpk.k03-JFpD5jPo&hl=en "undefined").
