Today’s Google Doodle is one big, interactive birthday card to Pulitzer Prize winning author John Steinbeck, who would have turned 112 today.

After clicking on the Doodle, users get transported to a click through animation that highlights his greatest works, starting with _The_ _Grapes of Wrath_.
