It’s the first interactive music competition: viewers can vote through an app to determine the winner each episode. The results will show up in real time, and singers will be able to see how they are doing as they perform. “I think being honest is a key thing, but finding a funny way to say things would be good,” Paisley [told](http://www.people.com/article/brad-paisley-rising-star-expert "undefined") _People_. “Humor fixes anything.
