Beyoncé announced the upcoming “On the Run II” tour on her Instagram Monday, with three posts teasing her and Jay-Z’s return to the stage as a pair. The couple last toured together during the first “On the Run” shows in 2014, though they have appeared onstage and in music videos together on and off since then.
