Want to score one of the highest paying jobs in America? Become a doctor — or at least enter the health care industry.

A new report from Glassdoor, a website that provides anonymous reviews of companies’ culture and recruitment process, ranks the 25 highest paying jobs in America in 2017. Physicians topped the list with a median salary of $187,876, followed by pharmacy managers, who receive a median base salary of $149,064. Patent Attorneys were third on the list, with a median salary of $139,272.

The report also included the number of job openings for each profession: Physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and physician ranked the highest, respectively. C-suite level jobs were not included in the report, according to the methodology.

While other lucrative careers included several types of architects, financial managers and nuclear engineers, positions within the health care industry took six of the top 10 spots.
