A South Korean passenger ferry carrying 475 people sank Wednesday en route from Incheon, about 20 miles west of Seoul, to Jeju island in the country's south. Around 180 passengers have been rescued, but two fatalities were confirmed and more than 200 people remain unaccounted for. The 6,000-ton vessel was only at half-capacity and the cause of the catastrophe is unknown, although heavy fog had been reported in the area
