The song, which features [rapper Nicki Minaj](http://time.com/4300095/nicki-minaj-time-100-video/), takes clear shots at an unknown someone with lyrics like “Don’t you come for me/No, not today/You’re calculated/I got your number/’Cause you’re a joker/And I’m a courtside killer queen” and “funny my name keeps comin; outcha mouth/’Cause I stay winning.” Given the [fraught history between Perry and singer Taylor Swift](http://time.com/3968932/katy-perry-taylor-swift-nicki-minaj-vmas-bad-blood-feud/), which includes [a tiff over backup dancers](http://national.suntimes.com/national-celebrity/7/72/1139837/katy-perry-backup-dancer-taylor-swift-feud/), [a mutual ex in John Mayer](http://time.com/4711217/john-mayer-breakup-song-katy-perry/), [some seemingly pointed tweets](https://twitter.com/katyperry/status/509247190280065025?lang=en), and of course, [Swift’s song “Bad Blood”](http://time.com/3541210/taylor-swifts-bad-blood-1989/) that some fans see as a thinly veiled diss track towards Perry, “Swish Swish” could be read as the latest development in [the pop princess feud of our time](http://time.com/4680749/best-celebrity-feuds/). During a recent interview with [_Entertainment Weekly_](http://time.com/4771017/katy-perry-bad-blood-response-new-album/), Perry spoke about whether she addresses the supposed diss track on _Witness_. “I think \[my new album is\] a very empowered record,” she said. “There is no one thing that’s calling out any one person.” Perry continued by offering a [somewhat general explanation](http://time.com/4771017/katy-perry-bad-blood-response-new-album/). “One thing to note is: You can’t mistake kindness for weakness and don’t come for me. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone.
